Claude Code works best as a team with a memory. CCMAF keeps the task board, decisions and contracts on disk, splits the work across role-based agents, and checks the result before anyone calls it done.

Install once per machine

Run these 3 commands in a terminal, in order.

  1. claude plugin marketplace add drushegh/CCMAF
  2. claude plugin install ccmaf-kernel@ccmaf --scope user
  3. claude plugin install ccmaf@ccmaf --scope user

Then open a project in Claude Code and run /ccmaf:init.
